You can check the Fuel Pump Voltage to the FCU, at the Ornge Wire going to the Cold Idle Up 'Disc' Controller at the rear of the Plenum on the Drivers Side.. That unit get it's power from the Fuel Pump Relay.. So if you are cranking and Don't have Power on that Orange Wire, then the Relay is not Pulling In..
You can dive behind the Drivers Seat and see if the FCU is getting Power..
The Fuel Pump is Hooked to Battery Power through the Fuel Pump Relay.. The FCU will 'Waste' The Electricty on the Ground Side of the Fuel Pump.. So if you have power to the Fuel Pump Hot Side, it could be the FCU is not giving the Power a Return Path..
